I’ll meet you where you are emotionally, listening to where you want to be - we’ll work together to get you there.

Allowing yourself the simplicity of time and space in a non-judgmental and nurturing environment can feel empowering. I hope to assist you in self-reflection, in gaining new perspectives and in building healthier communication. Through a psychodynamic and strength-based approach, and with the use of cognitive- behaviorial techniques, we'll review tools to help challenge distorted thinking, re-direct narratives, foster creativity and set needed boundaries.
