Areas of Focus

I’m Taylor Colbert, LMHC, the founder of Colbert Collaborative Therapy in Ithaca, NY, offering in-person sessions and telehealth across New York. I work with women and people who were assigned female at birth who are living with PMDD, endometriosis, chronic illness, and women’s mental health concerns, and I also support clients through activist therapy and couples therapy focused on conflict resolution. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, steady, and respectful. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and an insight-focused approach, I help you build coping skills, make sense of strong emotions, improve communication, and feel more grounded in day-to-day life—especially if you’ve felt dismissed or not fully heard in the past.
